From first call to final walkthrough—here’s what to expect when you work with us.
We visit the property, measure the area, review existing conditions, and discuss options for thickness, finish, and any decorative elements you want.
We remove the existing driveway (if applicable), excavate to proper depth, and compact the subgrade. A gravel base is added and compacted for a stable foundation.
We set forms to layout, place fiber rebar throughout, pour 3500 PSI concrete to proper depth, and finish the surface — broom finish for grip or decorative finish if requested.
Control joints are cut to manage shrinkage cracking. We provide cure guidance and do a final walkthrough to make sure the project meets our standards and yours.
Your driveway is one of the most-used surfaces on your property, and a poorly built one shows it quickly — cracking, crumbling, and sinking within just a few years. At Oklahoma's Concrete Specialists, we've spent over 40 years building concrete driveways the right way.
Every residential driveway we pour starts with a compacted subgrade and gravel base, uses 3500 PSI concrete, fiber rebar reinforcement, and a minimum of 4 inches of concrete. Commercial and parking lot work gets 6+ inches. That's not just marketing — those are the material specs that determine whether your driveway lasts 30 years or 10.
We handle everything from standard straight driveways to circular drives, expanded aprons, and decorative options with integral color or acetone staining. Whether you're replacing an old, cracked driveway or pouring a new one for a home addition, we'll do it right the first time.
We use 3500 PSI concrete on every residential driveway — stronger than the minimum spec most contractors use.
Fiber rebar throughout the slab gives your driveway the tensile strength to resist cracking under vehicle loads.
Family-owned with generational knowledge passed down — we know what works in Oklahoma's soil and climate.

We pour residential driveways at a minimum of 4 inches over a compacted gravel base. Commercial driveways and parking lots get 6+ inches. Proper thickness is critical to long-term performance — thinner pours crack under vehicle weight.
We use 3500 PSI concrete with fiber rebar reinforcement. The 3500 PSI mix is stronger than standard residential concrete, and the fiber rebar adds tensile strength that helps resist cracking.
Yes. We offer integral color (pigment mixed into the concrete) and acetone staining on driveways. These options add curb appeal without sacrificing durability.
We recommend waiting at least 7 days before parking vehicles on a new concrete driveway, and up to 28 days for full cure strength. We'll walk you through the timeline when the job is done.
Based in Norman, we bring quality concrete work to 44+ communities across central Oklahoma.
“Great Company for any of your concrete needs. Professional and reliable.”
“Miguel and his family did a great job with our water drainage. We originally wanted a short drain but changed our minds and Miguel and his crew were so sweet and patient with us. They were happy to help out. We can always count on the best work done with loving kindness and smiles! Thanks so much for all of your hard work!”
“Miguel and his family (Dad, brother, son) just finished a patio addition on Wednesday (6/4, in between rain storms). They dug and framed the job on Monday. Tuesday, Miguel came back with 4 mil plastic and covered the site, because storms were predicted later that day and night. Wednesday, mid-morning, they all came to finish the prep work and began the pour about 11:00. By 5:00 they had the worksite cleaned of all their forms and tools, and the finished patio looks wonderful. Miguel was easy to work with. He communicated with us every step of the project. He showed up when he said he would, and he did everything he said he would do. We appreciated the fact that their crew worked hard and worked together to do a great job. We also appreciated the fact that there was no vulgar or harsh words heard during the 2 full days they were working. There was NO cussing or bad attitudes. They came highly recommended to us, and we HIGHLY recommend them to others.”
